Designated Linklater teachers

The Linklater Voice Community is global with Designated Linklater Teachers across the world teaching at renowned institutions and/or offering private tuition.

The Linklater Teacher Designation Programme constitutes the only endorsed and authentic training for voice professionals to teach the Linklater Voice technique to others, and is certified by the Kristin Linklater Voice Foundation.

The Kristin Linklater Teacher Training process is lengthy and rigorous, those who are finally designated as Linklater Teachers have undergone between three and five years of personal training, including fulfilling the Pathway to Designation prerequisites, observing classes, and participating in an intensive ‘how to teach’ program taught by Linklater Master Teachers (a six-week, two-part program that spans two years).

If you are interested in Linklater Teacher Training and becoming a Designated Linklater Teacher please:

  1. Read the ‘Pathway to Designation’ document and pay close attention to the prerequisites for Teacher Training

Continued Professional Development

The Kristin Linklater Voice Foundation requires all newly qualified DLTs to maintain their status as members of Linklater Voice by attending a Continuing Professional Development workshop within 5 years of their designation and encourages more experienced DLTs to include CPD in their professional lives.

By continuing to work on myself as a teacher, performer, and person I gain more insight to offer my students in their own learning journey.
